Workshop Schedule

Dance Levels
Beginner
Little or no experience in the style of dance.
This level begins with the basic footwork patterns moving on to basic turn patterns and transition sequences.
Partners are not mandatory.
Improver
Participants should have had previous Dance Instruction in the fundamentals of that particular dance style – basic turn patterns, transitions, follow/leading and partnering techniques.
Open
Open to all levels. These workshops are for those with no experience in the style of dance. It may challenge the beginner and develop techniques for more experienced dancers.
Intermediate
Participants will have previous Intermediate instruction in the particular dance style. You should be able to assimilate and demonstrate new moves/patterns and techniques. You should have a sound knowledge of rhythm, timing, body movement and good partnering techniques.
