- Please email/Send your music and completed registration form, also bring a back up copy with you to Tech Rehearsal on the day.
IMPORTANT: Please have your music clearly labelled with the Team Name and Song.
- Each performer must hold a Full Performers Pass to the Bay Salsa Festival of $100.00 if paid by 11th October, otherwise the price will be $155.
- Once a registration form is received a promotion code will be generated and sent to the team manager with instructions for the team members to register and purchase a performers pass.
- Payment is due by the due date to confirm your spot in the showcase. Direct Credit into the Bay Salsa Bank Account 03-0445-0261932-25, Westpac. Each team member must register using the team code that will be issued to you, they will be given payment instructions at time of registering.
- Tech Rehearsal will be held during the afternoon Saturday the 24th October 1pm start. Please ensure all members of your team are there on time as rehearsal is a compulsory run through to ensure a smooth running of the show.
- All performers are required to be back in the Performing Arts Centre by 6:00pm for the performer meeting. Failure to be there in time may result in them being excluded from the showcase
- We give permission to use any images and recordings (photographic or video) of the performance for promotional purposes. There may also be the opportunity for your team to have a photo sitting (more details to come)
